Terms and Conditions
There are certain terms and conditions to using riYp that you should be fully aware of before ordering the service. Also be sure to check out the Frequently Asked Questions.The 48 Hour Setup Period
While every effort will be made to setup your site as quickly as possible (usually within 10 minutes if an admin is available), there is no guarantee on setup time. If you are not comfortable paying and then waiting for your site to be setup, then please idle in #riYp on Quakenet and speak to an admin when one is available to help you through site setup.
Racism / Abuse / Pornography
Racism and pornography will not be tolerated. Ever. If your site is seen to be promoting or taking part in racism or the display of pornography, your site will be shut down instantly and no refund will be offered. Anti riYp remarks are not welcome either. If you have a problem with the service then please contact us so that we can resolve your issue, and improve the service!
Theft of riYp code/images
All source code, theme stylesheets and graphics are property of riYp with the exception of any famfamfam icons used, and any of Vasili Vorotnikov's Valve World icons. If it is discovered you are stealing any riYp code or graphics your site will be shut down and no refund offered.
Payment Deadlines
If, for example, your subscription lasts until 23rd September, then payment will be expected before this date if you intend to renew your subscription. Invoices/Payment requests will be sent out up to 2 weeks before this date, and reminders sent close to the deadline if still no payment has been made. If you intend to renew your subscription but don't think you can pay by the deadline, send an e-mail to us at sales@riyp.co.uk or speak directly to an admin in #riyp (Quakenet). Life isnt always straightforward and we can allow overruns of payment deadlines provided you do contact us.
Folding Clans
Your clan folding is not a reason for a refund. If you have paid for your riYp website for X months, you get it for X months. If you start up a new clan we will happily change your subdomain address to that of your new clan provided you don't do this every week. Send an e-mail to sales@riyp.co.uk being sure to quote your sites activation code.
